Shipping costs for Bright Box monthly subscriptions are totally FREE!
You can expect to receive your box within 2-4 working days after your subscription is renewed every month (sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail) - and it will go through your letterbox!
Please note: Bright Box monthly subscriptions are currently only available within the UK.

How to cancel?
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime after the 2nd month of subscription, before your box has been dispatched (Your Bright box will be dispatched on the same date as your initial order date every month).
To cancel or pause, click the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order.
Please note Bright Boxes are non-refundable or exchangable.
