You can pause the video at each section to fill in the workbook, making it really convenient for you to do the workshop whenever suits you, and to pause and return to it as you like.

You'll be able to save a link to the video workshop and watch it year after year to get you prepared for the year ahead.

This workshop includes:

- a 33 minute video helping you through the process (video has subtitles)

- a 9 page workbook (you can also use this year after year!) - you can either print this out beforehand, fill it in digitally using a tablet or similar, or copy the headings into your own notebook or onto paper. 

- a 9 page workbook filled with example answers to help you
