Join me for an uplifting afternoon of empowering activities, a guided visualisation meditation, reiki healing, a sound bath, a womens sharing circle and more!

This cosy afternoon will leave you feeling celebrated, refreshed, uplifted and empowered, and making connections with like-minded women, while moving closer to your dream self.

There are only 8 spaces available for this intimate event, and your ticket includes a little goody bag you will receive on the day too!

The event takes place on Saturday 26th April, from 1pm til approx 5pm. 

- The event will be hosted at the lovely Oceansage Therapy studio in Stalybridge (The Bella-Leigh Company, 16 Stamford Street, SK15 1JZ) - please note that there is a staircase leading up to the studio and unfortunately no lift access. 

- Seating and mats will all be provided, and there is a bathroom in the space. 

- You can bring your own notebook and a pen if you wish, but paper and worksheets and pens will also be provided for you to use. 

- No need to bring a ticket with you, your name will be added to the guest list once you purchase this ticket.

- Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name. 

- Never been to anything like this before? No worries at all, it’s a friendly and welcoming space and there will more than likely be other people who are by themselves and doing something like this for the first time too!
